On November 2, 2018, after two years of musical exploration, Bitterness released its debut album “Sand” on Pagan Records, carrying ambiguous, pendulous poetics intertwined with depressing, heavy music. On board are musicians known for black metal band Non Opus Dei, among others.

In June 2022, the band entered the studio to record the follow-up to its debut, Stones. For fans: Kobong, Inter Arma, Neurosis, Deathspell Omega, Sonic Youth.
