Second Concerto for Cello and Orchestra dir. by Maciej Stuhr, Poland, 2019 (29 minutes)

Maciek is a young ophthalmologist who in his free time, together with his musical ensemble, gives concerts. During one of the performances, a tragedy occurs. He is subjected to a very difficult, life-saving operation. As a result of his deep injuries, the man feels both trapped in his body and in his relationship. He begins a struggle for freedom. The film is inspired by true events and based on a report by Malgorzata Smolak. The screenplay was written for a cello concerto by Pawel Mykietyn.
