„In Between” and Małe Instrumenty in Turkey!

Małe Instrumenty, a band from Wrocław, will perform in Instanbul on 14.11 and in Izmir on 27.11. In addition, Paweł Romańczuk and Tomasz Orszulak will run a  workshop called “Samoróbka” (“DIY”). The participants will be guided towards discovering their own solutions within the area of building experimental music instruments. The Avant Art Foundation is a partner of the event.

On 22.11, Turkish audience will have an opportunity to see In Between/ Words and Music Destroyer- a multimedia music spectacle, produced with the use of a multi-speaker installation, light, video and special scenography. It’s a project by musicians from Wrocław, including Cezary Duchnowski, Paweł Romańczuk and Kostas Georgakopulos, featuring Justyna Skoczek; the project had its premiere during the 7th edition of the Avant Art Festival.

The event is a part of a project, celebrating the 600th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between Poland and Turkey. More information at  http://turkiye.culture.pl/pl.
